The Motor Safety Association (MSA), completed a 2 year ergonomic strategy in 2010. Firms that participated in the strategy realized a 60% reduction in the number of back injuries and reduced their number of lost days from 51.3 days to 4.2 days. These results were validated through a paired samples test and were statistically significant. The innovation that took place was amazing. |
